After conscious deliberations at the Technical Sub-Committee Meeting held on 16th July, 2025, the following recommendations were made for further deliberation at the Spatial Committee Meeting.

1. Making a workplan to indicate the activities and timelines for the preparation of the SDF by the Physical Planning Department
2. The Technical sub-committee should access and identify all buildings in waterways and engage with developers to get enough data on them and know how to tackle the situation.
3. Management should identify at least five communities where artisan hubs can be developed in addition to the one in Jacobu.
