The Atobiase Health Centre has received a significant boost to its maternal healthcare services following the donation of two delivery beds aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of care provided to expectant mothers.

The presentation, made yesterday 23rd June, 2026, forms part of ongoing efforts to improve healthcare infrastructure and support frontline health workers in delivering quality maternal and child healthcare services within the community.

Speaking during the presentation, the DCE reaffirmed a commitment to supporting the health sector, particularly initiatives that contribute to reducing maternal and infant mortality through improved healthcare facilities and equipment.

The Management, midwives, and staff of the Atobiase Health Centre expressed appreciation for the timely donation, noting that the additional delivery beds would help improve service delivery and provide greater comfort and safety for mothers during childbirth.

The donor further urged the management and staff of the facility to maintain the equipment properly to ensure its longevity and enable it to serve its intended purpose for many years.
